  • Working against the cage and getting back to your feet.
  • Ground control and submissions, straight from jiu jitsu.
  • Sparring at your own pace, once the basics are in.
Your goal

Fitness or fighting

Train for fitness

You do not need to fight to train. MMA is a full body workout that builds strength, conditioning and confidence.

Train to compete

When you are ready, the coaches can prepare you for amateur and pro bouts. Club fighters compete on fight nights like DFC.

Questions

Do I have to fight?

No. Plenty of people train MMA for fitness and confidence and never step into a cage.

Do I need to know BJJ or kickboxing first?

No. MMA covers striking, wrestling and grappling from the start. Adding jiu jitsu and Kickstart will help you improve faster, and the BJJ and MMA unlimited membership covers both.

Is it safe for beginners?

Yes. Classes are suitable for beginners, techniques are taught step by step, and you work with partners at your level.
